"Woof 'em Down" Doggie Cookies

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Corn Oil
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Unbleached White flour
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
1/4 cup Non-fat Dry Powdered Milk
2 tsps Baking Soda
2 tbsps Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 cup Chicken Stock

Cooking Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together stock and oil. Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are mixed well. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead well. Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thick and cut into cookies with a bone-shaped cookie cutter.

*Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn off the heat and allow the biscuits to harden in the oven for several hours. Cover and store biscuits in the refrigerator. Makes 24-36 biscuits, depending on size of cookie cutter.

"Precious, Precious Kitty" Cat Treats

Ingredients:

1 12-oz can salmon with liquid
1 egg (free range)
1/2 cup flour
2 cup instant oatmeal,ground in Cuisinartâ„¢*

Cooking Directions:
Combine the salmon and egg in a Cuisinart™ and mix until smooth. Add the oatmeal and blend well. Spray cooking spray on a 9-by-13inch pan and spread the mixture in the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool, then cut into bite-sized squares. Store in the freezer. Makes about 24 treats.

Sojos Farms Carob Snacks

Ingredients:

6 cups whole wheat flour
¾ cup carob powder
3 teaspoons brewer’s yeast
3 each egg
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup milk

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all wet ingredients to mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix well to a thick dough. Roll out dough to 1/3” thickness and cut into desired shapes.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 35 minutes. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven until hard.

Sojos Farms California Chicken Treats

Ingredients:

6 cups rolled oats
5 cups oat flour
20 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup parsley, dried
1 cup brewer’s yeast
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups powdered milk
9 cups chicken stock, hot
3 each egg

Cooking Instructions:
Mix powdered milk and chicken stock in mixing bowl. Add eggs & vegetable oil and mix well
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Should be a heavy bread dough consistency
Roll flat.

Allow to dry for 10-15 minutes. Cut into ¼-1/2 inch pieces and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes at 250 degrees. Allow to cool and harden before serving.

Sojos Farms Cheesy Crackers

Ingredients:

3 teaspoons Baking Soda
5 Cups oatmeal
7 ½ cups water – hot
5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
5 each egg
5 cups wheat germ
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
2 cups powdered milk
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
5 cups cornmeal
15 cups whole wheat flour

Cooking Instructions:
Pour hot water over oatmeal, oil, powdered milk and cheese. Beat in eggs. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.. Add cornmeal, wheat germ and whole wheat flour and mix well. Add more flour to get a stiff dough. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into desired shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 300 F for 1 hour. Cool and serve.

Sojos Farms "Minty Fresh Breath" Biscuits

Ingredients:

8 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups cornmeal
4 tablespoons dried mint flakes
2 cups parsley, dried
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
3 cups water

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add oil and water to mixing bowl. Combine flour, mint, and parsley and add to mixing bowl. Mix well and roll out to ¼ inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.

Bake for 40 minutes or until browned. Turn off heat and allow to cool.

Sojos Farms Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:

8 cups all-purpose flour
8 cups cornmeal
2 cups brewer’s yeast
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons oregano
4 teaspoons basil
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups olive oil
½ cup tomato paste
4 cups water
6 each egg

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wet ingredients in bowl (except eggs, tomato paste and parmesan). Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll out dough on floured board to ¼” thickness and cut into 3” circles. Place circles on lightly greased cookie sheets and brush each with the tomato paste and egg mixture. Sprinkle each pizza lightly with grated parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to cool in oven. Serve.

Sojos Farms Peanut Butter Oatmeal Treats

Ingredients:

6 cups oatmeal
3 cups powdered milk
6 eggs
2 cups vegetable oil
9 cups water hot
4 ½ cups cornmeal
18 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups peanut butter

Cooking Instructions:
Pour hot water over oatmeal, oil, peanut butter and powdered milk. Let stand for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs. Add cornmeal, whole wheat flour and mix well until a stiff dough forms. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into desired shapes. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes. Turn oven to 200 F and bake for 30 more minutes. Cool, allow to harden, serve.
