Michelle Howard, experienced Freelance Pet Stylist grooming and caring for pets for over 17 years developed Petkits.com in 2004.  Always a pet lover since early childhood, attended beauty school during high school, the Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Technology Programs at Morehead State University, and finally learned to groom pets while volunteering during summer months and evenutally working for Kentucky Humane Society. 

Pet Grooming started out as a hobby that developed into freelance grooming of all breeds of cats and dogs for various salons and veterinary hospitals.  Currently freelancing and contract grooming for the Pet School and Hotel in Louisville, KY.

The purpose of Petkits.com is to provide pet owners with quality products and information needed to care for your pets at home between scheduled visits to the "salon".

This site offers a complete line of cat and dog Pet Care Kits and products that include everything needed for daily grooming maintenance for the life of your dog or cat in a compact, easy to store carrying case. All of our products are pet salon quality.
